The terms and conditions contained in this document (Terms of Service) apply in addition to and must be read with the customer authorization form (Customer Authorization Form). The Terms of Service apply each time the customer (“Customer”) submits a request for services through using a Customer Authorization Form, as provided on the website at https://www.beautician.com.pk (Site).
This business website works under Beautician-Ab Ap k Ghar per and uses trading as Beautician-Ab Ap k Ghar per to provide services. Before proceeding, customers must be aware that although Beautician approaches all services with care and diligence, there remain several risks.
Offers / Price
Offers and prices on our website, online platforms, local search engines, or social media are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
Booking Process
By booking an appointment through our website, WhatsApp, social media, or over the phone, you agree to provide complete, correct, and true information.
The contract between you and the beauty technician is formed only when Beautician sends you a booking confirmation. Beautician reserves the right to send more than one technician to complete your order.
You agree not to book services from any beauty professionals outside of the Beautician platform during this agreement and for three (3) months after its termination.
The professional will contact you one hour before the service, arrive at your home, set up equipment, and conduct a short consultation session.
Booking Time
It is recommended to book a service one day before the appointment. However, you may also book services 2–3 hours in advance.
Payment
Beautician currently operates with the following payment options:
- Cash
- Online Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
- U Paisa
Travel Charges
Travel charges apply according to your area and location.
Refund Policy
All commissions payable to Beautician by service professionals are final and non-refundable.
Money paid in the form of vouchers may only be refunded if unused for more than 364 days.
If a professional is removed from the platform due to poor service or inappropriate behavior, all vouchers (purchased or promotional) will be forfeited without refund.
User Requirements and Conduct
Services are not available for persons under the age of 18.
You may not authorize third parties to use your contact details or transfer bookings.
You agree to use the services lawfully and will not cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage.
You may be asked to provide proof of identity before receiving services.
No Discrimination Policy
Beautician prohibits discrimination against third-party providers based on race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or any other protected characteristic.
Any violation of this policy may result in permanent loss of access to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Beautician’s liability for failure to comply with consumer guarantees is limited to resupplying services or paying the cost of resupplying services.
Beautician is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
Total liability shall not exceed PKR 5,000.
Beautician is not responsible for home-based third-party services except as expressly outlined in these Terms.
Complaints and Feedback
Customers may rate beauty technicians via WhatsApp. The customer care team may follow up for additional information and possible resolution.
Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website are the property of Beautician.
You may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, or exploit any intellectual property without written consent.
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Beautician.
Copying or storing any part of the website for commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
